Summary :

A. Raquez's report gives an overview of the different people constituting the Kingdom of Siam in 1903. His context is a period in which citizens from French colonies resident in Thailand were supposed to be under the juridiction of the French Government, amounting to 20.000 persons in 1919. Although containing some errors noted and commented by Jean Baffie, this text provides a very rich information.
